Acting Through Improv

Students will learn the basics of performing through the art of improvisation. This class is great for aspiring performers, comedians or kids who need to "get out of their shells."

About the instructor:

Nicole Miller is a comedian and improviser from Tulsa, OK. Nicole began performing at an early age, being cast in plays and musicals starting at age 11 and eventually appearing in several commercials, and films including Heaven’s Date and the Rock and Roll Dreams of Duncan Christopher. She has an Education degree and taught theater in several Oklahoma schools. She honed in on her performing talents and studied at the Second City in Chicago. She is the co-founder and director of Crayons Improv, Tulsa's premiere improv group, performing improvised comedy regularly until 2020. As a standup comedian Nicole loves spreading laughter through her fresh take on motherhood, marriage, and surviving cancer. Her stand up special, Okayest Mom will be streaming soon.
